Is this Service Plan for me?

A Service Plan is ideal if you need to service your car at its specified servicing intervals whilst knowing that it’s done by professionals.

What’s great about our Service Plan is we have a monthly payment option so you don’t need to put down a lot of cash at once.

Just note, a Service Plan does not provide for wear-and-tear items like brake pads, we have a Maintenance Plan for that.

Is this Service Plan not what you’re looking for?

Which parts are provided for in this Service Plan?

Accessory belt*

The V-belt or accessory belt which drives a number of components such as the aircon compressor, water pump, alternator and the power steering pump is just as important. Should it break the engine will overheat, which would result in engine failure.

Only if recommended by car manufacturer at specified service intervals

Air filter element

The air filter element will protect your engine’s air intake from unwanted particles going into the engine and damaging its moving parts which will cause unnecessary wear-and-tear.

Brake and clutch fluid

When the brake and clutch fluid of your car becomes old it loses its viscosity which can cause clutch or brake failure. The older the fluid gets the less it lubricates the necessary part which can lead to damage on the clutch and brakes.

Cambelt*

A cambelt has a specific lifespan and needs to be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and at specific intervals. The cambelt becomes worn, brittle and cracked over time. In the event of cambelt failure it could result in serious and costly engine damage.

Only if recommended by car manufacturer at specified service intervals

Coolant

Your radiator keeps your car at a working temperature which is part of the cooling system and the coolant prevents rust and corrosion inside the cooling system. Corrosion can cause the water pump to fail and rust can block the radiator which will lead to overheating. Coolant prevents this.

Differential fluid

The differential is part of your gearbox and controls the different speeds your car’s wheels turn at. Your wheels will drag if you do not have a differential system. The differential oil keeps the bearings lubricated and premature failure may occur if it is not changed at its specific intervals.

Engine oil

The engine oil needs to be changed at specific intervals. The older your car’s oil gets the lubrication of the moving parts gets less. Engine oil prevents the premature failure and wear on the moving parts.

Fuel filter

The fuel filter protects your fuel line from particles that can contaminate it and cause unnecessary damage.

Oil filter

The oil filter will ensure only clean oil goes through your engine which is necessary for the optimal functioning of your car.

Pollen filter element

The pollen filter prohibits unwanted particles like dust from entering the cabin of your car. It keeps the air clean for your optimal health.

Spark plugs

Over time the spark from your spark plug starts to burn away. This causes misfires which increases fuel consumption. It is necessary to replace them for optimal power for your car and to keep fuel consumption regular.

Sump plug gasket

Engine oil is kept intact by the sump plug gasket. If the washer from the gasket gets worn out the engine can lose oil and lead to engine failure. It is necessary to replace the sump plug gasket at the required intervals.

Tensioners and pulleys*

The tensioner keeps tension on your car’s cambelt  when it stretches and moves. It is needed for your car’s belts to function optimally. If it’s not maintained it could lead to engine failure.

Only if recommended by car manufacturer at specified service intervals

Transmission fluid

Transmission fluid retains its lubrication effectiveness for a specific amount of time and needs to be changed at specific intervals. It lubricates your gearbox which is essential, otherwise wear-and-tear will happen quicker. Your gears can start grating and you may have to replace the gearbox.

Workshop Consumables

The workshop consumables like the tissue paper and cleaning materials used during the servicing of your car is covered.

Maximum of R100.00 excl. VAT
