Service & Maintenance Plans

  1. Check your service intervals - stick to your car’s manufacturer service schedule.
  2. Make a booking – at a dealership approved by your vehicle's manufacturer.
  3. Say you have a LiquidCapital Plan.
  4. Authorisation go-ahead - the dealer will call the authorisation centre on your behalf.
  5. Collect and confirm - Collect and inspect your invoice and car.

Warranties

The administrator of this policy, M-Sure, will assist you every step of the way.

If you become aware of a mechanical breakdown or electrical failure, you need to report it to M-Sure within 7 days.

Submit a claim to M-sure by: Calling – 0860 329 729; Emailing – claims@m-sure.co.za; or Visiting: https://www.m-sure.co.za.

Once your claim is approved, you will be required to take your car to an approved repairer within 7 days of getting approval.

In order to submit a claim easily you will need; Your name and contact details; Your policy number and Your car’s current kilometre reading

Adcover and Deposit Cover

The administrator of this policy, M-Sure, will assist you every step of the way.

Submit a claim to M-sure by: Calling – 0860 329 729; Emailing – claims@m-sure.co.za; or Visiting: https://www.m-sure.co.za within 31 days of the incident taking place.

Tyre & Rim Insurance

When you become aware of damage call our LiquidCapital Claims office on 0861 746 897.

Once your claim is approved, you will be required to take your car to an approved repairer within 7 days of getting approval.

In order to submit a claim easily you will need;   Your name and contact details; Your policy number; Your VIN number; and Your car’s current kilometre reading.

Please report all claims within 30 days of it taking place.

RenewTech

The administrator of this policy, CMC & M-Sure, will assist you every step of the way.

Submit a claim to CMS by:

Submit a claim to M-sure by: Calling – 0860 329 729; Emailing – claims@m-sure.co.za; or Visiting: https://www.m-sure.co.za.

The administrator of this policy will guide you on all requirements needed and provide you with information on approved repairers to use.

Lifestyle Protection Plan

  1. You become seriously ill, are unable to work or pass away
  2. You or your beneficiary will need to contact M-Sure on 0860 927 726
  3. The following documentation may be required: ID, death certificate, medical reports or any other documentation necessary
  4. The necessary payment will then be made to the finance institution
  5. The Booster and Funeral benefit will be payable to you , your estate or beneficiary
